“GREAT WINTER CAMPAIGN”

DRAWINGS for FREE TOUR with FREE ACCOMMODATION

In celebration of the first anniversary of “YOKOSO Special” tour, we have decided to hold drawings to invite 10 overseas groups (20 persons in total) to free “YOKOSO Special” tours with free 2 night accommodation, so that a lot of people from abroad will have a chance of experiencing it. The “YOKOSO Special” tours are tours especially made for overseas visitors to enjoy the essence of Japan with attractions of visiting major sightseeing spots, viewing seasonal flowers or picking seasonal fruits. The tours will depart with just 5 participants or more.
1.Prize
The prize includes a free tour with 2 night free accommodation (the following A or B) and is given to 5 overseas groups 10 persons each, to 10 groups 20 persons in total.

2.Entry requirements
Non-Japanese adults (aged 18 or above) who agree to subscribe to the e-newsletter issued by Club Tourism. The e-newsletter is free of charge and is issued monthly with full of information on Japan.
3.Entry procedure
Write all of the items below and send to the address campaign@club-tourism.co.jp with “Club Tourism Campaign” in the subject line.
1) Name (First name & Last name)
2) Sex (Male / Female)
3) Age
4) E-mail address
5) Country of residence
6) Desired tour language (Mandarin Chinese / English / Korean)
7) Desired tour & date (A. 17 Feb. / B. 30 Mar.)
8) Desired participant number (1 person / 2 persons)
＊Note1: The winners will receive 1 room only (single / twin) for accommodation regardless of the number of participants (2 people per room basis).
＊Note2: Participants after the second persons are welcomed at their expense at the regular price.
4.Entry deadline
A. 16 January, 2012
B. 29 February, 2012
5.Announcement of the winners
The winners will be announced directly via e-mail within 5 days after the respective entry deadlines.
6.Important notes
1) The winners receive free hotel accommodation for 2 nights on the condition that they participate in the free tour provided. Those who do not participate in the tour do not receive free accommodation either. Those who do not need free accommodation are deemed a weaver of the right and receive the free tour only and do not receive money, goods nor services of the equivalent value.
2) The prize does not include air tickets to and from Japan. The arrangement should be made by the winners at their expense.
3) One person can make the entry once only. Those who make the entry more than twice are excluded from the drawings.
4) The prize cannot be cashed nor can its right be transferred to the third party.
5) The prize will be invalid unless the winners send us an acceptance e-mail within 1 week of the announcement.
6) We do not answer to any inquiries with regard to the drawing results.
7) Regardless of the drawing results, all those who made the entry will receive the free monthly newsletter.
